• Meeting together with Subconveners who already agreed

• Subconvener status and email assignment to ask alternate candidates

• Peter sends email for tracking/vertex
• Tanja sends email for forward detectors
• Silvia sends email for central detector integration and electronics

• Technical details on EICUG calendar and mailing lists

• Email addresses for Silvia and Tanja have to be corrected - they will email Maxim
• Ken will check with Maxim on meeting scheduling (special permission required?)

• Indico setup for meeting material collection

• Ken will send email to SC to ask for guidance

• Contributor list

• Everyone will add email contact to the subgroups they closely follow - use the 01072020 ppt version that was circulated - and send to Tanja to compile everything into one file
• Marked up list will be sent to subconveners as starting point - subconveners will post lists and keep them updated

• Standalone work at a National Lab that is not part of the EICUG YR effort

• Ask SC for guidance - Tanja will send email
