- Discussion about mailing list structure - three lists to start with:
- Subtopics (moderator: subconveners and conveners)
- Global (moderator: conveners)
- Conveners and ex-officio (moderator: conveners)
- Lists should be open for writing, moderators will approve messages/people
- Ken will follow up with Thomas on the details
